Together, we will learn how to use trauma-sensitive mindfulness techniques inside and outside the therapy room. This way you will learn to stay present in this moment to be mindful of your own unique experiences. I will help you identify as well as challenge certain thought patterns using various therapy styles not limited to cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and cognitive processing therapy techniques. Those unhelpful beliefs maybe stemming from past unpleasant experiences. They may have made you feel safe then. However, they may no longer serve you a purpose NOW!
